Terms and Conditions Using the winlah Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the winlah online casino platform, accessible via the winlah.wine website and the winlah mobile app ("Platform"). winlah operates as an online gaming entertainment platform intended for adults aged 18 and above.

Winlah recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to add an extra layer of security to your account. This feature is available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

Winlah accepts deposits via multiple payment methods integrated directly with our system, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and local bank transfers. All deposits are processed using 256-bit SSL encryption to ensure the security of your transactions.

• Minimum deposit amount: RM10 for most payment methods.

• Processing time: 5 to 15 minutes for e-wallet methods; 1 to 3 business days for bank transfers.
• Your first withdrawal may require full KYC verification before it is processed.
• Winlah reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while a security investigation or identity verification is being carried out.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
